SRX26309114: SRA raw sequence reads of S. carpaticus, FH1, a hub of secondary metabolites to be used as antimicrobial agents
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 22,220 spots, 4.6M bases, 1.9Mb downloads

Design: Whole genome sequencing was performed by following hybrid library approach. Initially, short-reads library was prepared by following user guidelines in the Nextera XT library preparation kit and subjected to sequence through Illumina Miseq instrument with paired-end (2 x 250bp) configuration. Secondly, long reads library was designed by adapting the Ligation Sequencing Kit protocol (SQK-LSK109) and submitted in MinION FLO-MIN106 flow cell and MinION MK1B sequencing device (Oxford Nanopore Technologies), respectively.
